I have noticed that a lot of indie people are only now beginning to side with BMI over ASCAP because ASCAP is concentrating more on their bigger artists/records which translates into large sums for them and not well...our indie chump change.

I mean, it&#039;s like you said though. They&#039;re both corporate monsters.

Pick your poison.

BTW I&#039;m not with either yet. When the time&#039;s right and I&#039;m ready to rock, I might go with BMI but I&#039;m not sure if that&#039;s what&#039;s right for me.

I do like some of the benefits both offer though.</description>
